2018 Diocesan Convention - Individual Registration
When: April 27 – 28, 2018
Where: Ascension St. Matthew's Church, 522 Homestead Blvd, Price, UT 84501.
Convention check-in will be open from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Friday, April 27. The Convention will start at 1:00 PM, Friday, and will end at 3:00 pm on Saturday. For more information, refer to the detailed Convention Schedule at www.diocesanconvention2018.org, which will be posted by late February.
Please complete the following registration form for EVERY PERSON ATTENDING the 2018 Utah Diocesan Convention. Visitors are required to register. Red * denotes required fields.
Registration for both Friday and Saturday, including Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast and lunch, along with all workshops, business sessions, and registration materials: $65.00 per person.
All registrations are due by Friday, March 2, 2018.
